We accept eligible change-of-mind returns when you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing makeup, perfume, deodorant, fake tan, marks, odours or signs of wear cannot be accepted as change-of-mind returns.

Customers are responsible for return postage, and original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
